Welcome to the world of the vampire Kindred. This trilogy by Aussie author J Thiele consists of 3 (well duh) quickies each telling the story of a different vampire and their quest to find that one person who will feed what their soul needs the most.... and it's not blood.
Each book can be read as a stand-alone but each also leads into the next. While these vampires are hot and the books are definitely steamy they are so much more in a quirky and unexpected way. To begin with, each of the main vampires is linked to each other in some way and they all really seem to hate and resent each other. It's brilliant and really makes the stories interesting, you never know if they're going to work to help each other do just drive a stake into the next.
THIRST - book 1
Dimitri has been looking for his Kindred for years and is elated to finally find her... amazingly in his own home town. Unfortunately, she's dying a hard painful but fast death.
