As a dedicated reader who goes through over 300+ books a year there is very little I can find wrong with reading; especially when it comes to reading my lovely naughty novels (otherwise known as Ginger Reading Ninja Smut).
Except for the following:
As a tragically single lady of many many years; I now find I have unreasonably high expectations of the man I want to end up with. Recent attempts at dating have failed in spectacular fashion due to the fact that thanks to my book boyfriends I am no longer willing to settle for douche bags and anything less than hot passionate feelings. No more luke warm for me - I'd rather be single. At least my BB's keep the Ginger fires burning and never let me down.
The other downside has been pointed out to me by others........on the off chance I ever meet a man who "floats my boat" - thanks to my lovely smut education; he's going to be thrilled but I may be bitterly disappointed.
And so I read on - having a love/"social" life through the pages and living with the dream of finding a book boyfriend all of my own.
